- 4 c. frozen or fresh blueberries
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. skim milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 Tbsp. oleo
Directions

1Place first 3 ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a good boil.

2Heat oven to 350°.

3Melt oleo in a Dutch oven.

4Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, milk and vanilla and pour mixture over oleo.

5Using a cup, pour berries over the mixture. Bake at 350° until done, about 40 minutes.
