- 1 pt. blueberries, washed and drained
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 sticks softened butter or margarine
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 3/4 c. plain, sifted flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Dredge blueberries in flour and set aside.

2Cream margarine with sugar.

3Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

4Add vanilla.

5Sift flour, baking powder and salt.

6Fold into cake batter; blend well.

7Gently stir in berries.

8Spoon mixture into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.

9Bake approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325°.

10Cool in pan on rack for 10 minutes.

11Remove from pan.
