- 1 Tablespoon Maca Powder (Available Online Or At Health Food Stores)
- 1/2 cups Blueberries

1Combine oats, egg whites, cottage cheese, and maca powder (if using) in a food processor or blender.

2Heat some coconut oil in a skillet. Pour the mixture to make medium-size pancakes. Add the blueberries and cook 2-3 minutes on each side over medium heat.

3Once cooked, arrange pancakes on a plate and serve with maple syrup or peanut butter spread.
