- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice, Fresh
- 1 teaspoon Stevia Or 1/4 Cup Sugar

1In a large skillet add blueberries, lemon juice and stevia.

2Cook blueberries, stirring constantly until thick, about 15 -20 minutes.

3Place blueberries in a jar and let it sit on your counter until cool.
