- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 1/2 cups sifted flour
- 2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Directions

1In a small bowl, beat egg whites until stiff.

2In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.

3Beat egg yolks in another bowl. Add milk and melted butter.

4Stir egg mixture into dry ingredients. Mix until smooth and stir in blueberries and walnuts. Fold in beaten egg whites. Bake on hot, greased griddle.
