- 2 pounds bluefish fillet, 12 inches long
- 1 cup white wine
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 cup parsley leaves chopped
- 1/2 cup almonds crushed
- 12 each cherry tomatoes
- 3 cups noodles cooked
- 1/4 cup parsley leaves finely chopped
- 1/4 cup romano cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch lemon pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400F (200C).

2Soak fish strips in wine for 5 to 10 minutes in fridge.

3Mix in small bowl spices, parsley and almonds.

4Dip fish in mixture, then roll each strip around cherry tomato.

5Place rolls on lightly oiled baking dish.

6Bake for 10 to 14 minutes.

7Prepare noodles while fish is baking.

8Drain and add parsley, cheeze, oil and pepper.

9Place fish rolls on noodles and serve.
