  • 1 (16 oz.) can juice packed pear halves, drained (juice reserved)
  • 1/2 c. red Concord wine
  • 1/2 c. unsweetened orange juice
  • 1/4 tsp. apple pie spice

    Combine pear juice with remaining ingredients in medium saucepan and bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, until reduced by half. Remove from heat; cool slightly.
