Ingredients

  • 1 apple, cored
  • 12 frozen banana
  • 34 cup low-fat yogurt
  • 12 cup frozen apple juice (I buy a bottle of apple juice and freeze 1/2 cup measures in little snap lock bags)
  • sugar substitute, to taste (I use Splenda)
  • 1 tablespoon LSA (Linseeds, sunflower and almonds mix)
  • 14 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

    put roughly chopped apple, banana and yoghurt in blender.

    Whizz till fruit are well chopped.
  3. 3
    Add rest of ingreients and blend until smooth.
