  • 4 eggs, hard boiled, chopped
  • 1/2 red pepper, diced
  • 4 green onions, minced
  • 1 pickle, diced
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • garlic powder
  • alfalfa sprout
