  • 12 slices bread
  • 8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 qt. half and half or whole milk
  • 1 tsp. salt

    Spread 1/2 of sausage on bread. Spread 1/2 of cheese over sausage. Layer again.
