- 8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 eggs
- 1 qt. half and half or whole milk
- 1 tsp. salt

1Put 6 slices of bread on bottom

5Spread 1/2 of sausage on bread. Spread 1/2 of cheese over sausage. Layer again.
