  • 1/2 head of fresh cabbage, cut into bite size chunks
  • 1 1/2 c. Chicken stock
  • 4 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 x Fresh habaneros, sliced into rings Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together in a sauce pan and bring to a hard boil.

    Reduce the heat and let simmer till the cabbage is limp, but still crunches when you bite it.
