- 2 to 3 pkg. chicken backs
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. seasoning salt
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 large onions
- 2 large green peppers
- 1 to 2 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 large can tomatoes (whole or sliced)
- 1 c. flour
Directions

1Wash and clean chicken; season meat to taste.

2In large Dutch oven add chicken backs, package of onion soup mix, can of tomatoes and 1/2 pot of water.

3Let chicken and ingredients cook down and add 1 cup of flour to thicken, when chicken is cooked.
