  • 2 to 3 pkg. chicken backs
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. seasoning salt
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 large green peppers
  • 1 to 2 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1 large can tomatoes (whole or sliced)
  • 1 c. flour

Directions

    Wash and clean chicken; season meat to taste.

    In large Dutch oven add chicken backs, package of onion soup mix, can of tomatoes and 1/2 pot of water.

    Let chicken and ingredients cook down and add 1 cup of flour to thicken, when chicken is cooked.
