  • 2 Tbsp. cream
  • 1/4 c. shredded coconut

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together; spread over warm cake.

    Place very low under broiler with heat turned low.

    Broil until it bubbles over the surface and becomes brown, but does not burn. Icing for a 9-inch square cake.
