Cranberry Macaroon Pie

  • 3 c. fresh whole cranberries, washed
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. melted margarine or butter

    Grease pie pan well; sprinkle with cranberries, then sprinkle cranberries with sugar and nuts.

    Beat eggs well.

    Add sugar gradually; mix well.

    Add flour and melted butter; beat well. Pour over top of cranberries.

    Bake at 300° for 1 hour and 15 minutes to give macaroon flavor.
