- 12 to 15 lb. live crawfish
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. crab and shrimp boil
- 1/2 to 1 c. salt
- 2 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
- 6 to 8 lemons, cut in half
- 4 onions, quartered
- 6 to 8 new potatoes
- 6 to 8 fresh corn-on-the-cob, halved
- Creole seasoning
Directions

1Add lemons, onions, crab oil, salt and pepper to a 10 gallon or larger stew pot.

2Bring water to a boil.

3After water boils for 5 minutes, add potatoes.

4Boil 10 minutes.

5Add crawfish and boil 10 more minutes.

6Add corn and remove from heat.

7Cover and let crawfish and vegetables soak for 15 more minutes to allow flavors to absorb in meat, corn and potatoes.

8Drain and sprinkle crawfish with Creole seasoning to taste.

9Serve immediately.
