- 10 lb. crayfish
- 5 onions
- 5 lemons
- 2 heads garlic, mashed
- 4 bay leaves
- 1 1/4 lb. salt
- red pepper to taste
Directions

1Select adequate size cooking bag and put all ingredients in except salt and pepper.

2Place bag in small amount of water in large pot and cook for 30 minutes.

3Increase water to accommodate 10 pounds of crayfish.

4Bring water to boil, add crayfish, maintaining boiling point of water.

5Crayfish should be cooked in about 7 minutes.
