- 1/2 gal. milk
- 6 to 8 egg yolks
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Heat milk in double boiler.

2Mix egg yolks, salt, sugar and cornstarch.

3Then add a little hot milk to yolk mixture.

4Then add to milk and boil until thickened.

5Remove from heat and flavor with peppermint stick candy to your taste.
