  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. vinegar

Directions

    Beat Large eggs a little and add in other ingredients slowly.

    Cook on low heat, stirring constantly.

    Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute.

    Remove from heat and add in 1 1/2 tsp.

    of butter.

    Can store in a jar in the refrigerator for up to a month.

    This is excellent dressing for Waldorf Salad or possibly cole slaw and the best for deviled Large eggs.
