- 2 c. cold water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. oleo
Directions

1Do not wash rice before cooking.

2Combine rice with water and salt in heavy 2 to 3-quart pan.

3Bring water to hard boil, uncovered.

4Lower heat, add oleo, cover tightly and simmer 20 minutes.

5Do not lift lid or stir.

6And do not rinse after cooking.
