- 4 qt. water (enough to cover shrimp)
- 8 lemons, quartered
- 3 large onions, quartered
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 4 bay leaves
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt
- 2 Tbsp. ground cayenne pepper
- 5 lb. raw shrimp (in their shells)
Directions

1Put water in a pot large enough to hold shrimp and all the seasonings.

2Place it on a hot fire.

3Drop the lemons, onions, garlic and celery into the water.

4Add bay leaves and Worcestershire sauce.

5Add salt until fluid is too salty for your taste.

6Bring to a boil and then add the shrimp.
