  • 4 slices bologna turkey, approximately 1/2 cm. thick, diced
  • 1 tomato finely diced
  • 1/4 onion finely diced
  • 1 green chile such as jalapeno or serrano, finely diced
  • 6 sprigs cilantro finely minced
  • 4 tablespoons ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • salt and ground black pepper

Directions

    Whisk together the ketchup, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.

    Mix together the onion, tomato, chile pepper, and bologna and pour the dressing into the bowl. Mix well.
