- 6 large Irish potatoes
- 1 lb. bologna (more if desired)
- 1 medium onion
- 1 qt. stewed tomatoes
- 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Heat tomatoes; bring to a boil.

2Add potatoes and salt to taste; reduce heat.

3Fry bologna in oil until brown.

4Add onion. Cook until tender.

5Pour into tomatoes and potatoes.

6Add black pepper.

7Let simmer until potatoes are tender.
