- 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
- 28 ounces plum tomatoes
- 12 onion
- garlic 4 clove
- basil, 3 tsp
- sugar, 2 tsp
- oregano, 2 tsp
- salt, 1 tsp
- pepper, 1 tsp
- extra virgin olive oil, as needed
- 12 lb ground beef
- 1 fluid ounce beer
Directions

1Add diced onions, garlic and oil to pan and sautee.

2Pull apart plum tomatoes with hands, add all tomatoes and spices to a pot.

3Add sauteed onion and garlic to pot along with beer and simmer on low.

4Brown beef and drain, leave some grease in and add to pot.

5Let simmer 45 minutes to 3 hours.
