- 1 1/2 lb. chicken tender pieces
- 1 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 1 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 1 tsp. chopped ginger or 1/2 tsp. dry ginger
- 2 Tbsp. brown ginger
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 c. sherry wine
- canola oil for frying
Directions

1Remove white tendon from tender pieces and dredge in flour, salt and paprika mixture.

2Brown tender pieces in hot canola oil and remove to a covered baking dish.

3Combine sherry, brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger in a blender and blend 1 minute. Mix in sesame seed and pour over chicken pieces.

4Mix to coat pieces and bake in a 375° oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
