  • 3 cups chicken, cooked, chopped Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
  • 2 cups BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted
  • 1/3 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
  • 1/3 cup slivered almonds , toasted
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 2 cups Mixed salad greens
  • 6 each pita breads, cut in half

Directions

    Mix chicken, coconut, salad dressing, almonds, raisins, sugar and curry powder.

    For each serving: Fill each pita half with about 2 Tbsp.

    salad greens and 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture.

    Serve immediately.
