- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Baker's semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 c. sifted confectioners sugar
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. chopped mixed candied fruits
- 1 tsp. rum extract
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Melt 4 squares of the chocolate in saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.

2Remove from heat.

3Add sugar, milk and corn syrup.

4Stir in fruits and extract.

5Spoon into 3 dozen paper bonbon cups; chill.

6Melt remaining 4 squares chocolate with butter in saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.

7Cool slightly.

8Spoon onto fruit filling in cups, mounding the chocolate.

9Chill until firm.

10Store in refrigerator.

11Makes 3 dozen.
