Coconut Cream Eggs

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 (1 lb.) boxes confectioners sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 cans coconut (3 1/2 oz. cans)
  • 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
  • 3/4 block paraffin

Directions

    Mix well the cream cheese, sugar, butter, vanilla and salt. Add coconut and mix again.

    Shape into eggs.

    Cool in refrigerator.

    In double boiler, melt chocolate chips and paraffin.

    Dip eggs in chocolate.
