- 1 lb. boneless chuck roast
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 box frozen baby carrots
- onion powder or garlic
- 1/2 c. onion soup
- 1 box frozen zucchini
Directions

1Sprinkle onion powder over roast.

2Heat oil in deep pan with lid.

3Brown roast in oil.

4Add onion soup and place in preheated 325° oven with lid on.

5After 40 minutes, add vegetables.

6Replace lid and return to oven for 30 minutes.

7Allow an extra 10 minutes for raw veggies.

8Salt and pepper to taste.
