- 1 tablespoon whole coriander seed
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 garlic clove, crushed in garlic press
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice, from 1/2 lemon
- 1 large pinch sea salt
- 14 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions

1Warm a skillet over med flame, add cumin coriander and caraway seeds, toast until seeds are fragrant, approx 3 minutes.

2Grind in a spice grinder until fine.

3Place seeds in bowl, and add cayenne, garlic, lemon and salt.

4Stir in olive oil until smooth.
