  • 1 tablespoon whole cumin seed
  • 1 tablespoon whole coriander seed
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed in garlic press
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, from 1/2 lemon
  • 1 large pinch sea salt
  • 14 cup extra virgin olive oil

Directions

    Warm a skillet over med flame, add cumin coriander and caraway seeds, toast until seeds are fragrant, approx 3 minutes.

    Grind in a spice grinder until fine.

    Place seeds in bowl, and add cayenne, garlic, lemon and salt.

    Stir in olive oil until smooth.
