  • 3 lb. thinly sliced beef (round or flank steak or sirloin roast)
  • 9 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 2 tsp. roasted, crushed sesame seed
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
