Preheat oven 350, greased broiler pan or very large pan you have that is the equivelent to this.

Combine first 6 ingredients togther in a large bowl.

Mix together water, butter, vinegar& vanilla.

Add to dry ingredients.

Mix well.

Pour into pan.

bake for 30 min or until a toothpick inserted in middle comes out dry.
