  • 1 1/4 c. beet liquid (drained from canned beets)
  • 3/4 c. tomato juice
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. plain, low-fat yogurt

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except yogurt together.

    Chill 2 to 3 hours in a covered jar.
