  • whole chicken
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1 chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and peppers
  • 1 can chopped green chilies
  • chili powder, salt and pepper to taste
  • Cheddar cheese
  • tortillas

Directions

    Bake chicken and remove from bone.

    Place chicken pieces in large baking dish.

    Mix together soups, onion, pepper, Ro-Tel, green chilies and seasonings.

    Place a layer of frozen flour tortillas over chicken pieces, then add a layer of grated Cheddar cheese.

    Next, add the sauce mixture.

    Finally, top with another layer of grated Cheddar cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
