- 1- 4 lb. Boston butt
- 1/4 to 1/2 C Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 C brown sugar
- 1 C apple juice

1Preheat oven to 400.

2Lightly grease casserole dish.

3Place Boston butt in bag and soak in the Worcestershire sauce for 30 minutes to two hours.

4Remove from bag and discard Worcestershire sauce.

5Coat with brown sugar pressing into meat.

6Place in baking dish.

7Add apple juice to pan (do not pour apple juice over meat). Cover tightly and place in oven.

8Turn temperature down to 200 and bake about 5 to 6 hours or until very tender.
