  • 2 T almond butter
  • 1/2 C hot water
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 1 clover garlic, minced
  • 1/3 C shelled pistachio nuts
  • 1/3 C pine nuts
  • 1 1/2 T salt
  • 1/4 t black pepper, fresh-ground
  • 3/4 C angel hair
  • 1/2 C grated Asiago cheese, plus more for serving

Add the shallot and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until soft, about 2 minutes. Raise the heat to medium, add the pistachios and pine nuts and cook until the nuts brown, about 5 minutes longer. Stir in the salt and pepper.","4":"3.
