- 1 c. catsup
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 (12 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 to 3 slices bacon, diced
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine mustard, salt, sugar and catsup in medium bowl.

3Add onion and corn; mix thoroughly.

4Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.

5Top with bacon.

6Bake for 40 minutes, or until bacon is cooked.

7Yields 6 to 8 servings.
