- 3 to 4 lb. bottom round roast
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 can condensed mushroom soup
Directions

1Place 30 x 18-inch piece of heavy aluminum foil in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

2Place meat on foil and brush with melted margarine.

3Sprinkle soup mix over top of meat and spread mushroom soup over meat.

4Fold foil over meat and seal securely.

5Cook in 300° oven for 3 hours.

6Makes 8 to 10 servings.
