- 1 lb. lean ground meat
- 1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. each: oregano, basil and garlic powder
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 4 c. coarsely shredded cabbage
- 1 c. each: finely chopped onions and green peppers
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. grated Mozzarella or your favorite cheese
Directions

1Saute beef until lightly browned.

2Stir in tomatoes, seasonings, rice and cabbage.

3Cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes or until cabbage is tender-crisp.

4Stir in sour cream, onions and green peppers.

5Heat and spoon into serving dish.

6Sprinkle with cheese.

7Let stand a few minutes before serving to allow cheese to melt.

8Makes 6 to 8 servings.
