  • 3 cups Vanilla Wafers, Crushed
  • 1 cup Ground Pecans
  • 1 cup Confectioners Sugar
  • 1-1/2 Tablespoon Cocoa
  • 3 Tablespoons Light Corn Syrup
  • 1/2 cups Bourbon, Rum Or Whiskey
  • Powdered Sugar, For Rolling

Directions

    Combine dry ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry mixture and stir until well incorporated. Form into balls and roll in the palm of your hand. Roll in powdered sugar and let stand for 1 hour. Roll in powdered sugar again and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or cold porch area.
