- 40 grams butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/3 cup cream
- 6 figs ripe
Directions

1Preheat oven to 360°F.

2Rinse and halve the figs. Set aside.

3In a bowl, combine the butter, sugar, egg yolks, and lemon zest and mix. Add the flour and cream and stir until creamy.

4Whisk the egg whites and add.

5Place the pastry in a greased pie tin and spread the figs halves (with the insides of the fruit facing up) on top.

6Bake for about 25 minutes.
