  • 40 grams butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup cream
  • 6 figs ripe

    Preheat oven to 360°F.

    Rinse and halve the figs. Set aside.

    In a bowl, combine the butter, sugar, egg yolks, and lemon zest and mix. Add the flour and cream and stir until creamy.

    Whisk the egg whites and add.

    Place the pastry in a greased pie tin and spread the figs halves (with the insides of the fruit facing up) on top.

    Bake for about 25 minutes.
