- 1 C. pecans, ground
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1/2 C. bourbon or rum--add more if you like a stronger flavor
- 1 C. confectioners' sugar
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except sugar, thoroughly and shape into balls the size of a walnut. Roll in confectioners sugar. Keep in an air tight container until ready to serve. Serve with punch or eggnog.
