Ingredients

  • 3 c. vanilla wafers, ground fine (approximately 1 box)
  • 1 c. ground filberts or pecans
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa (if desired)
  • 3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
  • 1/2 c. or slightly more bourbon, rum, brandy or orange juice

Directions

    Blend all ingredients well.

    Shape into balls about 1/2-inch in diameter (bite size).

    Place on wax paper or cookie sheet. Dust with additional powdered sugar.

    Let dry (may take overnight). Dust again with powdered sugar.

    Place in airtight container.
