- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 c. tomato juice
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together except juice.
