- 2 sticks melted butter
- 2 boxes powdered sugar
- 2 bars semi-sweet chocolate
- 12 Tbsp. bourbon
- 1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts)
- 6 Tbsp. paraffin
Directions

1Mix melted butter and sugar with mixer until creamy. Add bourbon. Cream in blender until perfectly smooth (this is the secret). Add nuts.

2Set in refrigerator until firm enough to roll into 1-inch balls.

3Place balls on wax paper or a large pan. Refrigerate overnight.

4Melt chocolate and paraffin in double boiler.

5Using 2 tablespoons, dip balls into chocolate and completely cover.

6Place separated balls on large pan. Refrigerate until firm.

7They keep better if refrigerated or frozen.
