- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
- 1/3 c. plus 2 tsp. bourbon
- 7 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
Directions

1Combine butter, bourbon and milk.

2Add sugar and knead until mixture is blended and does not stick to hands.

3Knead in pecans. Refrigerate 1 hour.

4Shape into 1-inch balls; freeze.

5Dip each ball of candy into melted chocolate pieces.

6Place on wax paper to cool.

7Store in refrigerator.

8Yield: 6 dozen.
