- 12 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (3 -4 lb) fryer, cut up
- 14 cup vegetable oil
- 23 cup lemon juice
- 23 cup ketchup
- 23 cup molasses
- 13 cup vegetable oil
- 14 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- hot cooked rice
Directions

1In a large, resealable plastic bag, combine the flour,salt & pepper.

2Add chicken, a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat.

3In a large skillet, heat oil.

4Brown chicken in oil on all sides; remove to paper towels.

5Drain drippings and return chicken to the pan.

6In bowl, combine the sauce ingredients and stir together.

7Pour over chicken.

8Bring to a boil.

9Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 35-40 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.

10Serve with rice.
