- 4 tbsp (60 ml) butter
- 4 chicken breasts, halved and skinned
- 1 6 oz (168 grm). can frozen orange juice
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) bourbon
Directions

1Brown chicken in butter on medium heat.

2Add the orange juice; simmer until chicken is tender.

3Remove chicken from pan.

4Add bourbon to orange juice in the pan.

5Mix well.

6Place chicken back in the sauce.

7Heat thoroughly and serve immediately with the sauce over the chicken.

8Note: Chicken thighs could be used instead of chicken breasts.
