Ingredients
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. caraway seed
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Boil water and butter in a saucepan.

3Stir in flour, salt and seed all at once.

4Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms ball (approximately 1 minute).

5Remove from heat and cool 10 minutes.

6Add eggs one at a time, beating until smooth.

7Spread batter evenly in bottom of greased glass 9-inch pan.

8Have batter touching sides of pan; do not spread up sides.

9Bake 45 to 50 minutes.

10Cool slowly away from drafts.

11The puff will form a bowl (high on sides and flat in the center).

12Great filled with a seafood salad with a mayonnaise base with lemon.
