  • 1 lb. bag bowtie noodles
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • oil
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • fresh veggies (i.e. broccoli, carrots, peas and mushrooms)
  • 1/2 to 3/4 lb. shrimp (optional)

Directions

    In a large frying pan, saute garlic in oil.

    Parboil all veggies.
  3. 3
    Cook noodles.

    Cook shrimp (boil).

    Add noodles, veggies and shrimp into frying pan along with chicken broth.

    Cook on medium until hot and serve.
