- 3 lb. stew beef
- 2 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
- 2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 large onion
- 4 stalks celery
- 2 cans water
Directions

1Cut stew beef in small cubes.

2Dice onion and celery and put into big pot.

3Add stewed tomatoes and tomato sauce, also add water.

4Cook on high for 1/2 hour.

5Then cook on medium for about 2 hours or until meat is tender.

6Serve with noodles or rice or over mashed potatoes.
